Gorilla Marketing is a UK-based sales and marketing agency. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for personal data submitted through our website.

  • Consent records: confirmation that you are happy for us to respond to your enquiry.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, for site performance and security.

We use the following processors under appropriate data processing agreements: Supabase (enquiry storage), Resend or SendGrid (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and edge delivery). Transfers outside the UK and EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless a commercial relationship is formed, in which case longer retention applies for legitimate accounting and contractual purposes.

Your rights
